Beautiful apartment in a villa in a suggestive fishermen’s village.

Confortable house for 2-6 people. The apartment(75 mq) is near the sea( 50 m) in a central and residential aerea, in a quiet fishermen’s village called Torre Archirafi (Riposto). It’s a completely furnished and very comfortable two-storeyed apartment with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor, and a mansard on the second floor(with washing machine). Wide terraces with view on a tropical and Mediterranean garden, perfect for relaxing, getting tanned and reading. There’s also a barbecue for cooking the local fresh fish. Torre Archirafi is situated in a very favourable place, at a short distance from all the most important turistic and cultural sites of Eastern Sicily: Acireale (12 km), Catania (25 km), Noto( km), where you can see the famous sicilian baroque, Taormina (15 km) Piazza Armerina and Siracusa (100 km), known all over the world because of their rich history, their wonderful panorama and for being used as important film location. And of course there are the Alcantara Gorge and the Volcano - Etna, with the river, a lot of beautiful paths through the forest, near the lava flows. In winter you can also ski on its slopes. Few meters far from the apartment you’ll find the beautiful promenade along the seafront, now enriched by a panoramic cycle track. Two bikes waits for you inside our car box! Two kilometers away from Torre Archirafi there’s the turistic port of Riposto and a big and tipical mediterranean fish market, open all days in the morning! A memorable holiday for you in the country visited and loved by Ovidio, Denon, Riedesel, Berkeley, Goethe, Wagner, Lawrence Durrell, Guy de Maupassant. Sicily is waiting for you, are you ready?

We suggests to try the local restaurants: you can taste the Sicilian fish while sipping a glass of our typical wine. Near the appartment you can find: market, postal office, pub, pharmacie, bar, pizzerie Quite near the area there’s Etnaland, the biggest Sicilian aquatic amusement park.
Access
From the motorway: A18 exit Giarre, follow the signs for Riposto, then go ahead along the seafront for two km until you reach Torre Archirafi. From the turistic port: follow the seafront, Torre Archirafi is two km far. From the Catania Fontanarossa Airport: take the A18 motorway to Messina, then exit at Giarre, then follow the signs for Riposto and take the seafront street. From the Giarre-Riposto train station: follow the signs and reach the seafront, then go straight on for two km and you’re in Torre Archirafi.
